2008 Examinations

Congratulations to everyone who participated in examinations in 2008.

All students passed with flying colours.

What are they?

Examinations and Assessments are available for all Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Classical Ballet and Pre-school classes. A qualified Examiner comes to the studio to assess students on syllabus work. It is rewarding way for students and parents to receive feedback, on the students dance progress. Students who partake in Examinations receive a detailed report and medal on completion of each exam.

What age should my child commence?

It is recommended that students commence Examinations at an early age, to build confidence and familiarise them with the process. Teachers also assist students in the Examination room from the Pre-school assessment through to Test 2.

What costs are involved?

Examination costs and uniform costs vary for each style and grade. Interested students will receive information and paperwork with all associated costs prior to Examinations. Parents are welcome to email or phone Shana if they would like to know individual costs.
